On March 9th, the full moon landed in the fastidious and health-oriented sign of Virgo.
Virgo calls attention to our daily habits and routines, especially in terms of health and wellness. The Sun in Pisces, Virgo's opposite sign, stands for compassion and the ability to see beyond labels and compartments - to connect the Virgo dots or details together into a wide vision. Pisces also tends to bring with it confusion, a feeling of losing one's footing, and it may be difficult to see through the fog right now. Pisces
encourages us to trust in the process and to surrender to what we cannot control in order to be guided. We can do this via practices that expand our awareness, such as yoga, pranayama and meditation.
It is so important to stay balanced now - eating well, getting enough sleep, walks outside/fresh air (if possible), and focusing on what we can do rather than on limitations - our reality is created by our thoughts and where the mind goes energy flows. If you are feeling stuck, try to break down what you can do into small steps. Maybe we can use this time to get clear on our next steps and our 'big picture' life goals.
If you find yourself with unexpected time off you may want to begin a creative project or re-start a creative endeavor that you had put aside.This full moon period is about making something meaningful out of chaos - and you may experience some unexpected magic in the process.
