Livestream Ayurveda Balancing workshop

Saturday May 23rd at 10 am

Join me for a 75-minute workshop that begins with an introduction to Ayurveda, followed by an open-level yoga flow (about 45 minutes) taught through an Ayurvedic lens, and concludes with an interactive discussion of Ayurveda balancing and the Doshas (mind/body types) and tools for seasonal (& Corona time) balancing.
