Ayurveda Balancing workshop
Saturday May 23rd at 11 am.
Join me for a 90-minute workshop that begins with an introduction to Ayurveda and, more specifically, the Doshas (body/mind types). After that, we will transition into an open-level yoga practice (about 45 minutes) taught through an Ayurvedic lens (i.e., integrating the Doshas), and conclude
with a deeper dive and interactive discussion of the Doshas (yours specifically) and tools for seasonal (spring-time) plus pandemic time balancing.
